Our membership remained strong, supported by improved retention and increased participation across youth development, aquatics, and health and wellness programs. By diversifying revenue streams and managing finances carefully, we strengthened our organization and positioned it for long-term success.

Empower & Elevate Our People
We made meaningful investments in leadership development, advanced succession planning, and expanded workforce pathways for teens and young adults. Anchored in our core values of Caring, Honesty, Respect, and Responsibility, our people continue to be the driving force behind our mission and impact.

Expand Philanthropic Impact & Investment
The generosity of our Mission Partners ensured continued access to essential programs, including childcare, camp, cancer survivorship initiatives, and food security efforts. More families than ever before received financial assistance, reinforcing our commitment to being a place where all are welcomed and supported.

Ignite Membership Growth & Program Innovation
We expanded high-impact programs that directly respond to evolving community needs, from community aquatics and youth development initiatives to multigenerational health and wellness offerings, such as LIVESTRONG® at the Y.

Modernize Spaces & Systems for the Future
Strategic capital improvements, combined with ongoing digital integration, enhanced safety, program quality, operational efficiency, and the overall member experience across our Association.

Strengthen Community Partnerships & Impact
We partnered with municipalities, schools, healthcare providers, and nonprofits to advance solutions in childcare access, workforce development, youth safety, and public health.

From 2022 through 2024, we focused on resilience and renewal. In 2025, we accelerated forward with clarity, confidence, and purpose.
